A magnificent portrait of a young girl of the 19th century, 1852, France (?). Pastel on canvas on a stretcher, frame original of the appropriate period (wood, levkas, gilding). Size 63 x 52 cm (24 3/4 x 20 1/2 inches). Frame dimensions 80 x 70 cm (31 1/2 x 27 1/2 inches). Label of the store of art materials Durand Ruel on the canvas. Illegible signed and dated on the right.

Conditions

Good condition for its age.The frame has some small damage.
